March 16, 2010: RCC Web Academy - Rural Recycling
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has recently announced the 2010 Resource Conservation Challenge (RCC) Web Academy schedule. This year, EPA has partnered with the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) to be able to offer continuing education units (CEUs) for SWANA members. In 2009, over 2,400 people participated in the RCC Web Academy.
